1. Confirming Your Order
Once you place your order, the store is notified. You will receive a status update once your order is confirmed. If there are any issues or delays with confirmation, please reach out to the store for assistance.
2. Preparing Your Food
The store has received your order and is in the process of preparing it. Once your food is ready, the store will schedule the delivery. Should you notice any delay during this stage, contact the store for an update on your order's status.
3. Out for Delivery
Your order is now on its way! A rider from Grab or Foodpanda has picked up your food and will be arriving soon. Make sure to keep your phone line open for delivery updates. If there are any delays or issues with delivery, please contact the store directly for assistance.
If your order is delayed, follow these steps to check its status and get help:

Track your order via the Greenwich app or website under "Order History." Standard delivery takes 45-60 minutes, but this can vary depending on order volume and location.
Order Statuses:
- Confirming Your Order: The store has been notified and is reviewing your order.
- Preparing Your Food: The store is preparing your order and will schedule delivery once it’s ready.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is on its way with a GrabFood or Foodpanda rider.

Still in "Preparing" Status:
Contact the store directly to check on the status. Use the Store Locator to find the store’s contact number. -
Order Not Picked Up Yet:
If your order has not been picked up, please contact the store directly for an update on its status. -
"Out for Delivery":
You’ll get an SMS with rider details. For updates, contact the rider via their app (GrabFood or Foodpanda).
Tip: Keep your phone handy for delivery updates. If the order is delayed, contact customer support for further assistance.
