If your order is taking longer than expected, follow these steps to check its status and get assistance:
1. Check Your Order Status
You can track your order in the Greenwich app or website under Order History. Standard delivery time is 45-60 minutes, but it may vary depending on order volume and location.
Order Statuses & What They Mean:
Confirming Your Order – The store has been notified and is reviewing your order.
Preparing Your Food – The store is preparing your order and will book a rider once it's ready.
Out for Delivery – Your order has been picked up by a GrabFood or Foodpanda rider and is on the way to your location.
2. What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
If Your Order is Still in "Preparing" Status:
✔ Contact the store directly to check on the status.
✔ Use the Store Locator to find the store’s contact number.
If Your Order is "Out for Delivery":
✔ You will receive an SMS notification with the rider’s details once your order is out for delivery.
✔ For GrabFood or Foodpanda orders, contact the assigned rider directly through their respective apps for updates.
Tip: Keep your phone handy to receive delivery updates and calls from the rider. If your order remains undelivered after a long delay, reach out to customer support for further assistance.
