If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, follow these steps:
Contact the store immediately – Address changes cannot be made through the app. Use the Store Locator to find the store’s contact number.
Request the change as soon as possible – Modifications can only be made before the order is out for delivery.
Once your order is out for delivery, changes may no longer be possible. If your order was placed through GrabFood or Foodpanda, you may contact the assigned rider through their app for assistance.
Tip: Double-check your delivery address before confirming your order to avoid delays or mis deliveries.
