Once you’ve confirmed your order through the Greenwich website or app, the system locks it in. That means you can’t make changes directly through the platform. But don’t worry there’s still a chance to adjust your order if you act quickly.
What You Can’t Do

You cannot modify items, quantities, or delivery details through the app or website once the order is confirmed.

You cannot cancel or change the order status online.
What You Can Do

Contact the store directly where your order was placed. Use the Greenwich Store Locator to find the contact number.

Request changes immediately the sooner, the better. If the store hasn’t started preparing or dispatching your order, they may be able to accommodate your request.

Be polite and clear about what you want to change (e.g., remove an item, change delivery address, update payment method).
Changing Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address:

Call the store directly address changes cannot be made through the app.

Make the request before the order is out for delivery. Once it’s on the way, changes may no longer be possible.

If you ordered via GrabFood or Foodpanda, contact the assigned rider through their app for assistance.
