1. Order Confirmation Email
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. This email will contain the order number, summary of items, total amount, and delivery or pickup details.
📩 Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder, or ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
2. Order Status in the App
You can also track your order status directly within the Greenwich app or website.

Confirming Your Order – This means your order has been placed and is waiting for the store to acknowledge it.

Preparing Your Food – Once the store confirms and starts preparing your order, the status will update to "Preparing Your Food."
This serves as your assurance that your order is now being prepared by the store.
